Thomas M. Forsythe, Executive Vice President, and Ram Wissel, VP Global Technology Manager, from Kyzen, gave an overview of their products that were shown at the SMT show. This year, the company focused on ways for manufacturers to be as green as possible by using less material and to help clients meet their needs for high performance. They introduced the Kyzen Analysis, a wash bath concentration monitoring and reporting system.
A live demonstration shows the analysis collecting data, giving live updates, and sending automatic notifications of any changes. An operator will be notified when there are any changes to the system, giving more flexibility and control.
As Thomas M. Forysthe stated, “This what is new and what is coming to the market. To help be more environmentally responsible, be more green through using better use of these materials. And have that data available to be ready to move forward within Industry 4.0 in the cleaning process.”
