MicroCare Europe bvba has introduced an innovative chemistry, Tergo Chlorine-Free Cleaning Fluid to the continent. This is a new formulation which enables faster, better, and less expensive cleaning while meeting stringent EU environmental regulations.
This product handles even the most difficult contamination. It is highly effective for cleaning complex shapes and delicate substrates quickly and gently. It avoids the expense of aqueous technologies and the environmental challenges of chlorinated fluids.
Scott Wells, the company’s European General Manger explained, “Tergo Chlorine-Free Cleaning Fluid is a non-flammable, low-temperature fluid that cleans even the most challenging, high-temperature solder pastes and fluxes, and it also removes white residues from PCBs.”
This cleaner is widely expected to replace old-style solvent cleaning fluids that are under pressure for environmental and worker safety issues. It also can easily replace many aqueous and hydrocarbon-cleaning processes with improved performance and lower energy costs. The product is compatible with traditional vapor degreasing procedures and hardware modifications are normally not required. This makes it a drop-in replacement for many older vapor-degreasing chemistries that are being phased-out under environmental, health, safety, or economic pressures.
“This new product can be used anywhere in Europe, in any standard vapor degreaser,” Mr. Wells added. “When you combine its remarkable environmental profile and it’s outstanding cleaning performance, it’s going to be a natural choice for companies across the continent.”
