SMD Rework station that solders tiny components with accuracy

JBC announced that it was awarded the SMTA’s ‘Best Exhibit Technology of the Year 2017’ for its Nano SMD Rework Station Nase-2B. The award was presented to the company during a ceremony held during the Nepcon South China show.

The Nase-2B is an excellent solution for soldering tiny components with high precision and accuracy. It incorporates the company‘s heating system which recovers temperature almost instantaneously, cutting down the assembly time and making the soldering process even more efficient.

With its friendly menu, users can customize more than 20 functionalities in order to manage the process. It works with 2 tools simultaneously – NT105 iron and NP105 tweezers – that can be combined as desired to adapt the station to the working necessities.

The station works with C105 cartridges, the lightest and smallest of range. Moreover, the short distance between the tip and the handle offers a maximum control even for repairing applications under a microscope.

The SMTA China Recognition Program strives to recognize and celebrate excellence in the electronics industry, inspiring companies to achieve the highest technology standards and move the industry forward. Winners are chosen by a distinguished panel of industry experts and members.
