The company‘s soldering stations and handling systems are used for most precise dip tinning processes. Multi-axis transport systems guarantee exact positioning, immersion depth, and dwell time of components or printed circuit boards above fluxer or solder bath.
For the best tinning results, different factors have to be considered. On the one hand, solder alloy and temperature are important parts, on the other hand, the flux determines the result. However, the exact reproducibility of the parameters „immersion“ and „dwell time“ in the flux and in the solder bath is always decisive for best soldering results. Thus, a repeatable positioning of the components is crucial for the result of the entire soldering process.
Before each immersion, the solder bath surface is detected and a consistently constant tinning result is ensured. Proven stripping systems ensure that the solder surface is always clean just before dipping.
The highest quality in the soldering process is guaranteed by custom-tailored programmable controls and precise multi-axis travel systems for vertical, horizontal and axial movements. PLC-controlled processes and handling via 6-axis robots are now part of the the company’s standard, as are the feeding systems with the transport and removal of components and assemblies.
The company offers solder baths and solder pump systems for high temperature range which are best suitable for tinning of enameled and TEX-E wires. They are used for soldering and tinning of electrical components, wires, cable shoes, connectors, capacitors, etc. The long-term stable solder baths and soldering machines are best suitable for lead-free alloys. For best soldering results, the halogen-free fluxes of the ZS-series (very good pickling) and the no-clean flux ZI2000 clean are recommended.
