Alpha Assembly Solutions, a leader in the production of electronic soldering and bonding materials, has presented its latest product innovations alongside smartTec GmbH its premium distributor for Germany and Central Europe at the SMT Hybrid Packaging Exhibition.
Alpha presented its range of advanced stencils products including its latest stencils innovation Alpha tensoRED Master Tensioning Frame. It enables a higher and more even tension compared to Alpha Tetra Frame. Due to its innovative design, no air pressure on the frame is needed, resulting in reduced maintenance costs and improved reliability.
In addition, Alpha showcased its range of preform products, including Alpha Exactalloy Preforms, which are used to precisely increase the solder volume in solder joints. Exactalloy Preforms increase the strength of the solder joints enabling them to withstand harsh operating conditions and improve conductivity. They also eliminate the need for wave soldering.
Alpha and smartTec have enjoyed a successful partnership for many years, with smartTec distributing Alpha products across Germany and Central Europe, as well as Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
