The great advantage of rotary tinning tables consists in extremely short cycle times, as several processes are constantly performed simultaneously. The stations loading / fluxing / tinning / unloading ensure efficient processing of the components. To check the quality of the tinned connections, it is possible to install a continuity test with encoded trays for nio parts.
All on one machine
Best results are achieved by the use of proven modules, such as an overflow fluxer for constant flux niveau and a SWLM solder pump system, or a static solder bath with ladle and oxide scraper. For maintenance purposes, all components are easily accessible and exchangeable, if required.
Easy-change nozzles and workpiece holders make the system ideal for tinning different coils on one machine. Each soldering machine is developed in close cooperation with the customer, whereby individual requirements and specifications are implemented quickly.
The entire work process is monitored. If the soldering temperature or solder level falls below the set minimum, the process stops automatically. Optionally, the level is kept constant by a solder level supply. In order to minimize the oxide formation, an equipment with inert gas is possible.
The soldering unit is integrated in a cell, a double safety light grid provides optimal protection for the operator. The convenient PLC control with touch display is user-friendly and enables easy configuration of all parameters as well as program storage and management.
